    **Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager**

    **Salary: Up to £45,000**

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's home

    Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to the children and young people

    Managing and leading a team of care professionals

    Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

    Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

    **Requirements:**

    Relevant experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in children's residential care

    Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people
