    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure accurate recording and accounting of treasury transactions in both the Treasury Management System (TMS) and ERP system.
    • Implement and oversee controls to ensure the precision of TMS records and reporting of treasury transactions.
    • Generate foreign currency reports for hedging and exposure monitoring.
    • Produce valuation reports for derivatives and assess hedge effectiveness using the TMS.
    • Compile company Money Market Account (MMA) and group net debt reports for treasury documentation.
    • Prepare SOX control reports for the treasury department.
    • Draft financial statement notes biannually and annually.
    • Support the Treasury Controller in ensuring policy compliance and regulatory reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant.
    • Demonstrate experience in preparing statutory and management accounts.
    • Possess proficient IT, spreadsheet, and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with derivatives and hedge accounting preferred; training available if needed.
    • Dedication to robust internal controls and adherence to strict daily and monthly reporting schedules.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
    • Driven by delivery and meeting deadlines, especially regarding key deliverable dates.
