As a key member of the telemarketing team, you will work proactively to generate positive results across sectors such as central & local government, education, professional associations, charities, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, environmental agencies, events and management companies just to name a few
The role on offer is diverse and gives you the chance to get your hands dirty and really get stuck in on different projects such as lead generation, customer satisfaction telemarketing, data cleanse and account mapping.
Set up 18 years ago, within the University Enterprise Hub, and with the Managing Director being a current Enterprise Entrepreneur in Residence at a local university assisting masters of entrepreneurship students through setting up their own individual business, it comes as no surprise that we are very passionate about our people and employability.
Testament to this entrepreneurial character that is instilled at Blueberry, is the fact that that 21 previous members of the team have gone on to run their own businesses Something that we are very proud of.
We also run regular careers advice workshops and training in the region and have developed our own integrated training scheme called the Blueberry Academy, which is actually designed and delivered by our own staff, incorporating comprehensive, transferable skills to provide our employees with essential skills in both working and personal life. The academy includes over 12 modules from life lessons in increasing self-motivation, resilience, Neuro-linguistic programming training (NLP) and CV writing through to business skills such as campaign and client management, team leading, research and reporting, document writing and more.
We are keen to attract individuals that have a flair for gathering insights, an interest in understanding the commercial environment and want to work within a growing business that actively encourages the sharing of ideas. Whether you have prior sales experience or knowledge of the commercial world or not, we would like to hear from you. Hands on training will be provided for candidates that can demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and commercial acumen. A passion for achieving results, advanced communication and organisational skills are essential.
Summary of job description:
*Plan and execute telephone campaigns to support business generation for clients
*Work across specific sector-based campaigns to boost business and industry knowledge across these sectors
*Record learnings regularly for discussion at agreed intervals and participate in the Blueberry Academy to broaden learnings personally and professionally
*Work alongside campaign team to understand and execute as many elements of campaign planning and delivery as possible
