    Description

    The Construction Manager will lead the planned capital works programme for schemes and projects across the Southampton Highways Services Partnership, Citywatch Contract and third party works delivered via the SCAPE Framework.

    You will ensure that coordination is achieved across all activities and that all components of the project are delivered to specification, budget/cost and time.

    Proactively promote and lead a positive health and safety culture across the contract
    Overall responsibility that works are completed to correct the design and the specification of highway works
    Good commercial acumen, including budget management to proactively manage programmes as set out in the scheme commercial documentation
    Management of Risk and opportunities
    Highway Maintenance
    Highway / Civil Construction

    SMSTS
    NRSWA Supervisor
    CSCS Manages card
    Project Management
    Computer literate including Excel, Mobile devices

    • 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata)
