    My client is an internationallyknown company supporting the sale of the company product range inthe UK.

    Duties andResponsibilities:
    Your responsibilities willinclude monitoring and reporting daily cash flow and treasury loanrequirements handling daily payouts and approving expenses forprocessing. You are organised and proactive with the ability towork well as part of a team.

    • Processdaily payment run.
    • Deal with purchase ledgerenquiries.
    • Reconcile supplierstatements.
    • Report daily cash flow and monitorfunding requirements.
    • Process credit cardexpenses.
    • Assist with monthend reportingrequirements.
    • Support with balance sheetreconciliations and credit cardstatements.
    • Address any incoming queries orconcerns promptly and effectively.
    • Arrange newloans from the Treasury per businessneeds.

    Competencies/skills:

    • Workexperience as an Accounting Assistant or AccountingClerk
    • Knowledge of basic bookkeepingprocedures
    • Familiarity with financeregulations
    • Good math skills and the ability tospot numerical errors
    • Handson experience withMS Excel and accounting software (e.g.QuickBooks)
    • Organizationskills
    • Ability to handle sensitive confidentialinformation
    • BSc/BA in Accounting Finance or arelevant field
