    The Summary

    We are looking for a passionate and experiencedpaid search specialist to own the day-to-day account management and deliverend-to-end campaigns, while developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    The Role

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced paid searchspecialist, who will be directly responsible for owning the day-to-daybest-in-class account management practices and demonstrating advanced PPC &e-com platform knowledge, which ensures the effective activation & deliveryof end-to-end campaigns from brief to analysis.

    They'll be able to leverage innovative independently campaign strategies which exceed client's expectations and drive searchmaturity, powered by data-driven insights and delivers against performancetargets. They'll be able to develop strong client, agency & keysuppliers relationships, and leading team's communication with thesestakeholders. They'll be able to communicate with clients on subjects outsidetheir immediate remit and provide them with useful POV.

    Potential client's verticals for the role are within Retail,Travel, RealEstate and/or FMCG, but the precise allocation is TBC.Depending on the account's portfolio, inaddition to the core PPC activity, other product areas within your remit couldbe Apps, Discovery campaigns, Performance Max, MSAN, Amazon Sponsored Productsand other platforms.

    The role will take responsibility for the delivery of thewider client or/and team deliverables, by delegating and managing workloadsacross the junior members of the team, with directly managing one or morejuniors. They will be a direct support for one or several juniors, overseeingtheir work and their development to successfully hit and exceed clientobjectives and expectations, as well as support their personal developmentplans. They'll be a confident communicator and advocate for the work of the PPCteam internally and externally, contributing to team training, process andculture.

    Client Servicing

  • Conceive, develop and/or oversee PPC strategyfor your given accounts.
  • Keep your clients up to date on major industryand platform developments.
  • Project manage the development and delivery ofPPC roadmaps for your clients, focusing on Search Maturity
  • Confidently present analysis, updates andstrategic recommendations in face-to-face meetings.
  • Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work with the wider client and specialist teamsto deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Keep up-to-date with PPC industry trends anddevelopments, product releases and new tech.
  • Team Management

  • Set the objectives and provide ongoing supportfor at least one other junior team member.
  • Be responsible for training and development ofat least one other junior team member.
  • Work with senior team members to help manageresource and workload across the team.
  • Operations

  • Be accountable for best-in-class work deliveredon your accounts portfolio.
  • Consistently identify areas to improveperformance on your accounts.
  • Be responsible for carrying out team and agencyprocesses that improve quality and accuracy, including QA, optimisation andquarterly client road maps.
  • Support wider team initiatives driving SearchExcellence, Digital Maturity and contribute to Industry recognition
  • Requirements

    Essential

  • A track record of working on PPC accounts withannual budgets in excess of £500k, either as an account manager or senioraccount manager
  • Evidence of delivering exceptional performancethrough solid analysis, further recommendation and first-class execution
  • Proven ability to use Google Ads, MicrosoftAdvertising and SA360 platforms at an advanced level, including optimal use ofautomated bidding strategies
  • Experience of managing Google shopping campaignsand recommending improvements to data feeds
  • Solid knowledge of industry best practice versusGoogle best-practice –and the right balance between the two
  • Solid understanding of measurement, analyticsand attribution within Google Ads, GA and SA360
  • Passion for delivering innovation and awardwinning work through implementation planning and buying
  • Desirable

  • Good Experience in 3rd party tracking &analytics solutions, including GMP and Adobe
  • Experience in managing junior team members
