    We're looking for a talented Associate Account Manager to help organize and oversee account management, contracts, and invoicing in our UK, Ireland & Nordics Sales team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    To assist in the co-ordination and management of the account management, contracting and invoicing processes and support the JAGGAER UKI & Nordics Sales team:

    • Sales database ownership: maintenance and updating of
    • Account information creation, maintenance, cleansing and updating on
    • Support on email communications, quotes and proposals and other sales materials
    • Sales process follow up and administration
    • Account Management support and general administrative support to the Sales team
    • Ownership of account contracts, timely renewals and alerting
    • Ownership of account invoicing and aged debtor co-ordination with finance and the commercial team
    • Participation in weekly calls and monthly sales meetings
    • Activity and process reporting
    • Other ad hoc duties when required

    Your Profile:

    • You have already worked in a Sales environment
    • You have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills along with great attention to detail and enthusiasm for engaging with customers
    • You are organized, pro-active, with a hands-on and can-do attitude
    • Have knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Tools, LinkedIn
    • Have excellent English writing and speaking skills
    • You have aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands while achieving goals
    • You are a fun team player
    • You are innovative & technically intuitive
