    Description

    We are seeking

    a candidate with proven experience of managing a team and ensuring strength based practice is followed at all times. You will be ensuring the team is undertaking relevant and timely assessments of need and mitigating risk including Safeguarding cases.

    Applicants must have a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.

    You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to complete written work to a very high standard whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will need substantial knowledge of adult social care legislation, principles and best practice, and be cognisant of the issues facing older people and people with disabilities.
