- Develop and execute strategic account plans focusing on expanding Sulzer presence in the utilities industry.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop existing accounts to maximize business potential Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within utility companies, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Refine and adapt the strategic pricing positioning and associated value proposition for each service offering as necessary
- Establish long-term relationships with utility clients, positioning Sulzer as a trusted partner for their rotating equipment and water industry service needs.
- Proven track record in technical sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Background in providing services to the Water Industry is preferred; experience with electro-mechanical/rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, mixers, blowers, turbines, compressors) is essential.
- Motivation to grow existing accounts and explore new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel; a Full UK Drivers Licence is essential.
