    Description

    As the face of the company, you will be dealing with customers for their quoting, ordering, delivery queries and more through calls, emails, and live chat.

    Up to £25k per annum

    Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.15pm (Monday-Friday)

    About the role:

    What will you be doing:

    The Customer Experience team are currently 16 members and growing They play a critical part in contributing to the company's success. As the face of the company, you will be dealing with customers for their quoting, ordering, delivery queries and more through calls, emails, and live chat. This fast-paced role is certain to keep those who love a busy day satisfied as you cover a wide variety of tasks as well as interacting with all areas of the company.

    • Minimum 1-year experience in a fast-paced customer service role
    • High level of accuracy
    • Positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
    • Basic computer skills
    • Happy to be part of a team, self-motivated
    • A good communicator and relationship-builder with colleagues and customers
    Nice to have:
    • Experience working against KPI's
    • Experience in a sale driven environment
    • 25 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), (rising with service to a maximum of 28 days).
