    A&D Specification Sales Manager
    • LondonBased: Commutable to LondonArea to be covered: London & South EastRemuneration: Basic Salary Up to £80k Basic Dep.
    On Salary + Bonus £20-30k + Travel Expenses

    ROLE:
    Responsible for developing pipeline of projects for Acoustic Ceiling Panels / Wall Panels / Room Dividers / Lighting & PodsPart of the newly formed UK operation to develop and A&D Client base in LondonWork within the existing team to develop short to long term strategyTarget new relationships with A&D clients in LondonEducating the A&D community on the product range and provide design support on projectsManage projects through to completion via Main / Specialist / Sub Contractors and InstallersEntertaining clients, events and International summits to promote projectsInitial focus on generating new business relationships with the expectation of the role becoming a split new business / account management position


    PERSON:
    Demonstrable track record of securing Specifications with A&D Community in London and Home CountiesExperience of cradle to grave sales Specification through to ContractorIdeally existing relationships within the London A&D CommunityRelated Interior Architecture finishes product experience such as: Interior Wall Cladding / Ceiling Panels / Metal Ceilings / Partitions / Furniture / Flooring / Acoustic PodsComfortable working both autonomously and as part of a teamDemonstrable track record of developing new relationshipsCapable of working autonomously and within a team unitPersonable / driven / positive outlook / highly professional and autonomous
