    The Manager, Client Engagement is responsible for driving new business opportunities in new and existing client accounts and providing leadership to the internal delivery teams to help assure excellence and client satisfaction, The Manager is the lead client-facing contact responsible for the client relationship, including engagement kickoffs, account maintenance, and upselling opportunities.

    As a virtual team manager, the manager is expected to recognize the importance of, and commit to fostering a culture of, process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

    Help drive sales efforts to achieve targets in new and existing accounts
    Work collaboratively with the centralized delivery and project management organization to set and manage client expectations and help drive productivity and cost control
    Manage pricing/margin of new proposals with the Project Management team.
    Travel (approximately 25%) domestic
    Experienced working in a medical communications agency
    Able to produce clear, substantive and effective written communication
    Experienced with ensuring project activities are consistent with project requirements and contractual scope of work
    Able to determine the multiple tasks involved in a project or assignment and prioritize their completion
    Able to appropriately prioritize competing project demands
