    We are a startup/scaleup PropTech built to simplify, streamline and automate renting for everyone involved.

    For renters, we give them a purpose-built app which allows them to complete their application, set up home move-in services, explore their local community and raise support.

    For our partners, we bring all of their processes into one place so they can easily manage their properties through structured workflows.

    We are now looking for a talented Customer Operations Associate to provide frontline support in the onboarding and life cycle of our rapidly growing network of Partners and Residents, striving to create an exceptional service for all involved key stakeholders, many of which are the top enterprise names in the industry.

    The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires forward, process-driven thinking and accountability.

    Provide fast, friendly and world-class customer service and account management to our partners and residents, where you will be directly accountable for the speed, efficiency and accuracy of processes.

    You must be comfortable with manipulating large data sets.

    ~ You will be responsible for updating the help centres and giving feedback to improve the product/process

    ~ We are a startup so you could be asked to support other high-priority projects

    Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role

    ~ Proficient in Excel/Google Sheet and comfortable with data sets
