- Prepare and maintain hedge accounting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with traders, portfolio managers, and risk management to develop and implement effective hedge accounting strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest accounting pronouncements and regulatory changes in hedge accountinge financial data, explain business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Produce timely and accurate financial reports for a range of legal entities.
- Manage complex financial processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Qualified Accountant with experience in a banking environment.
- Strong technical skills in financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Understanding of legal entity structures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Able to understand new and existing Account Standards and to interpret the impact they will have on the banking group's entities.
