- Utilize a variety of recruitmentmethods and channels to attract top talent including job boardssocial media and referrals.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders tounderstand their hiring needs andpriorities.
- Develop and implement creativestrategies to enhance the employer brand and attract passivecandidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviewsassessments and other recruitment activities efficiently andeffectively.
- Provide guidance and support tohiring managers on best practices for interviewing andselection.
- Conduct regular market research andanalysis to stay informed about industry trends competitivelandscapes and best practices inrecruitment.
- Collaborate within the HR functionto ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newhires.
- Provenexperience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role witha focus on internationalrecruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment lawsregulations and best practices in the UK and other globallocations.
- Excellent communicationinterpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strongorganisational skills with the ability to manage multiplepriorities and deadlines.
- Selfmotivated andproactive with a strong sense of ownership andaccountability.
- Experience working in afastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiencyin Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitmentsoftware/tools.
