    We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Business Development Manager. This is the chance for you to join an energy consultancy set to grow

    What You Can Expect

    • Work Type – Permanent
    • Location – Watford
    • Industry – Energy
    • Salary – £24,000 - £33,000 plus OTE

    Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager

    • Achieving, surpassing, and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Generating sales leads through personal networks, social media, online research, and LinkedIn
    • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling Focus Assured's additional products and services to an expanding customer base.
    • Preparing and delivering sales presentations using branded MS PowerPoint templates.
    • Providing weekly progress, pipeline, and sales reports directly to the Sales Director. Maintaining and managing prospect data in the CRM system.
    • Participating in weekly sales meetings to update the team on progress and share best practices, either in person or via Skype.

    Experience & Skills Required

    • Proven sales background and B2B sales experience
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Presentation and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Experience in lead generation and the ability to build relationships quickly
