    Description

    Working in the top ranked Global and EMEA Investment Bank in as part of an experienced and broad VAT team you will have the opportunity to develop deep knowledge of the sector across EMEA and get involved in all aspects of the VAT risk management for the business.

    As an Indirect Taxes Manager Vice President in the EMEA Tax department you will be involved in VAT advisory and related compliance responsibilities for EMEA investment banking activities including, but not limited to, corporate finance, capital markets and lending lines of businesses.

    There may also be indirect tax support required of the commercial banking activity of JP Morgan in EMEA.

    provides advice and technical guidance to the Business, Operations and Finance teams in various investment banking lines of business and jurisdictions.

    implements best practice across investment banking lines of business and legal entities.
    performs project management.
    professional work experience within either a big 4 or top tier accountancy firm, a law firm or from a financial services business
    CTA Qualified (indirect tax route) or equivalent.
