    Description

    What you will do:

    • Lead and coordinate the commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, planning and commercial analysis and producing high quality presentation material.
    • Manage sourcing projects and negotiations for the category from stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, supplier and contract negotiation, supplier relationship management.
    • Develop and implement long term category and sourcing strategies for all spend across the service function. Manage the processes for contract variations, change requests and other contractual documents.
    • Manage contract expiry, termination, extension, and renewals.
    • Support the implementation of the procurement strategy and policy.
    • Manage and resolve contractual disputes as well as working closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice related payment issues.
    • Monitor, review and manage delivery performance and create monthly reports.

    Who you are:

    • 5 years' experience within a procurement environment from an Online or regulated sector
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Studies and MCIPS procurement qualification
      •
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to present and summarise a business case to an Executive audience.
    • Experienced in preparing RFI's, RFP's, RFQ's and Bid Agreements
    • Experienced in evaluating or monitoring contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
    • Experienced developing and using metrics to manage the procurement process.
    • Commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills
