    Kerridge's Bar & Grill was the first London restaurant by Tom Kerridge and the Hand & Flowers team.

    From Marlow we've brought much of our produce and inspiration to create wonderful dishes, and a relaxed and unstuffy eye for hospitality. All these have found a home in the extraordinary surroundings of Corinthia London.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Bar & Lounge Manager will assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager on projects, training of fellow colleagues and some administration duties. The Bar & Lounge Manager will be responsible for direct supervision of floor staff during preparation and service.
