RequirementsProven sales track record in a relevant role
Previous agency experience (2 years minimum)
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management Systems
Market knowledge
First-class communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy
Research and identify markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospects
Maintain a strong grasp on sales forecasts, sales and invoices
Develop and build long-term relationships with new clients
Develop entry-level sales staff into valuable salespeople
This role offers a basic salary of £35,000 with up to 7% commission plus other package benefits, a great opportunity to work with a creative team and develop ongoing and sustainable relationships.
