EF Oxford is searching for an energetic and organised individual to join our team as Activities & Events Manager this summer.
After working as an Activities & Events Manager, you will have taken your management skills to the next level.Your communication skills will have been maximised by working with different cultures and backgrounds to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of every activity.
You will have used your initiative and creativity to enhance the student experience every step of the way, building upon the resources provided by EF to deliver a world-class product.
This role is available f rom May – August 2024, with permanent opportunities available afterwards.Planning and delivering everything from interactive games for small groups or to large wow events of over 1000 students
You will be supporting a team of local and international leaders in ensuring all activities give the students a sense of the local culture, whilst being safe and unforgettably fun at the same time
On a daily basis, you will be part of a diverse team and community; liaising with our local suppliers as well as motivating and shaping your team of leaders.
you will go from completing schedules and administrative tasks to jumping on stage at the disco to fire up the crowdYou will deliver all activities and events within budget and where necessary at a profit
You will share the emergency duty of the site on a rota basis
