    Client Manager (Commercial EV Charging)

    Location:
    London (Hybrid)

    Salary:
    £50,000 - £65,000 (Benefits/Bonus)


    Company Overview:
    My client is a leading provider of EV charging solutions, dedicated to accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles. Offering innovative charging infrastructure and services tailored to commercial clients, helping them transition to sustainable transportation solutions.

    The Client Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with commercial clients and large stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth in the EV charging sector.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their EV charging needs and objectives.
    Monitor client accounts and conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, address issues, and identify areas for improvement.
    Prepare and deliver regular reports on client account performance, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

    Proven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in the EV charging, renewable energy or real estate industry.

    Strong understanding of commercial client needs and market dynamics.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior clients at all levels of the organisation.

    Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, resolve issues, and deliver innovative solutions.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
