- Sourcing candidates from various job boards.
- Initial vetting of applications to assess suitability.
- Ensuring Workday is always up-to-date to show the process of the candidate's journey.
- Working very closely with the Senior Clinical Recruiter and managing aspects of their diary to schedule in telephone screening calls with candidates.
- Arranging interviews between Hiring Manager and candidate via Teams invites.
- Chasing up for interview feedback.
- Collate right to work documents and arrange online verification.
- Build and maintain passive and active candidates in the pipeline for future hiring needs
- Champion diversity and inclusion adopting a fair and inclusive hiring process
- Experience within the Healthcare Sector NHS/Private
- Proven track record of headhunting candidates using various strategies and tools.
- Experience using ATS tools.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
