    Sales Executive – Working from Home/Field - Southampton/Portsmouth

    Here at Medina, we are striving for growth and seeking a Sales Executive for our successful foodservice division, catering to independent clients. As a Sales Executive, your main focus will be on securing and optimizing business prospects within the Southampton, Portsmouth, and Hampshire regions.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in cultivating long-lasting connections, hitting targets, and enjoy being on the field, all while having room for professional growth. So, what are you waiting for?

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue sales prospects within your assigned territory, actively expanding sales opportunities within current and potential clientele to meet sales objectives and drive company growth.
    • Establish strong customer rapport through in-person meetings, attentive sales pitches, understanding client requirements, and upholding top-notch customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Effectively onboard new clients while maintaining close ties with existing accounts and updating our CRM system.
    • Collaborate with our distribution team and drivers to foster a cohesive working environment.
    • Achieve profitable sales growth and meet targets.
    • Stay informed on competitor and market activities in your region to offer clients the best solutions and insights as the leading Foodservice provider.

    We seek an individual who can not only bring in new business but also boost sales within our current customer base. Ideally, you have a background in Field Sales/Account Management, possess strong commercial awareness, excel proficiency, and relationship-building skills. And most importantly, a genuine passion for sales. While experience in the food industry is a plus, it's not mandatory.
