    Training Co-Ordinator/Manager - United Kingdom - Professional Technical Limited

    Description

    An established Global Aerospace company requires a Training Coordinator to join a friendly team within the business on a fixed term contract basis.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is experienced in delivering regulatory and compliance training within an organisation.

    The role offers a competitive salary, and company benefits.
    As the Training Coordinator will you be responsible for creation and delivery of internal regulatory training with the following responsibilities:
    Deliver regulatory courses as part of the working week
    Provide training data for senior management, along with weekly updates on lapsed competencies
    Identify training requirements and report to site management
    Check regulatory updates to incorporate these into internal training
    Review employee training needs, and ensure there are no lapses in experience across the whole site
    To be successful within the role of Training Coordinator you will:
    Be proficient in delivering regulatory training at all levels across an organisation
    Understanding of Regulatory requirements within the Aerospace sector- such as AS9100, EASA, FAA and CAA regulations
