    Group Sales Manager£50-60k per annum + Commission + BenefitsPetersfield (Hybrid Working)

    VR/10341This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with aspirations to become Sales Director level in the near future, to lead and motivate a B2B inside sales team while helping shape the future of the businessYou will have a strong B2B sales management background, ideally mostly focussed on nurturing telesales teams, and a desire to spread your wings in an ambitious organisation that is well established and forward thinkingYour role will involve:

    • Leading, mentoring and motivating a team of B2B inside sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets
    • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders
    • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
    • Analysing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation
    • Driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales teamYou will be the ideal candidate due to your:
    • Proven experience in B2B inside sales leadership
    • Strong track record of delivering results through effective sales strategies and team management
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
