    Accounts & Outsourcing, Mixed Statutory and Management Accounts

    • Location: London
    • Salary: £55-70kBenefits: Private Medical, season ticket loan, hybrid working

    Are you an Outsourcing Manager with exposure to financial services clients? Would you like to join an entrepreneurial and fast-growing team within one of London's challenger accountancy firms?

    Our client is a Top 20 firm, offering market-leading international opportunities. Over the last 10 years, the firm has operated in over 70 countries, and now boast multiple international AIM listed clients. They're also a part of a worldwide network of accounting firms, allowing them to provide various international secondments and transfers. Despite the international presence, the firm is renowned in the UK for its expertise in the London insurance markets.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Management of a portfolio of financial services clients
    • Full review of management accounts, VAT returns, statutory accounts and FCA compliance returns
    • Onboarding new clients, setting up finance functions and systems
    • Supervisions of a team of outsourcing Seniors and trainees

    The successful candidate will

    • Be ACA or ACCA Qualified.
    • Have over 3 years' post-qualified experience.
    • Be experienced in managing a portfolio of management accounts clients.
    • Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff.
    • Preferably have working knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage.
    • Have experience of onboarding new clients including preparing proposals and providing training.
    • Ideally have strong knowledge of the range of cloud accounting software and associated Apps.
    • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the financial services sector.
