    Job Description

    I am working with a multinational Retail business who are looking for a Senior HRBP to join their team in West London.

    The candidates will come from a Retail or Hospitality background with multi-site experience.
    The role is to be the first point of contact for all Corporate Group Line Managers and will work closely with these senior managers to address ongoing people issues that arise and to ensure that people initiatives are effectively rolled out (e.g. annual personal objective setting, pay review etc.).

    It will work with the UK Head of HR to ensure consistent implementation across both the International Group and the UK business.

    In addition, the role also has responsibility for supporting the implementation of Group wide international policies.

    It will partner with our regional HR Leads and HR Shared Service team to ensure that we are co-ordinating our approaches when it comes to working with our people, and relevant legislative jurisdictions, to ensure our HR strategy is delivered consistently.
