    Description

    As Technology Delivery Manager you will drive the successful delivery of change initiatives withinCarnival UK as we undertake a period of change and transformation across our Technology department.

    Utilisingappropriate deliverymethodologies (waterfall, agile, SaFe, Scrum) you will lead a team, prioritise initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with Business outcomes.

    SupportProductOwner backlogs and inmaners or BusinessSME's in the delivery of their business value outcomes

    Risk and issue management
    Quality management and Governance arrangements

    Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

    This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, permanent,with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.

    Knowledge and experience of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices with the ability to blend them together.
