    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Building Safety and Compliance Admin Support Officer to join our successful team at Salix Homes.

    We are looking for an approachable, motivated, enthusiastic individual who can assist with ensuring high levels of communication and delivering market leading levels of customer satisfaction whilst providing our customers with the assurance of home safety.

    This is a varied and exciting opportunity, reporting to the Strategic Building Safety and Compliance Manager to support our organisation to make a real and positive difference for our customers.

    The role - What I'll be doing

    • Extracting data/raising reports from data management system.
    • Ability to comminate and liaise with external stakeholders/contractors.
    • Ensure GDPR protocols are always maintained to avoid serious breaches of information.
    • Liaising with customers and provide exemplary customer service.
    • To work closely with customers to Improve access levels.
    • Monitoring internal mailbox and CRM system.
    • Able to Deliver outcomes to customers on agreed works.
    • Collaborating with other teams to achieve a successful outcome.
    • Dealing with various legislative/compliance data and databases

    • Confident of dealing with a variety of customers.
    • Able to deliver concise and accurate data.
    • Must be motivated and able to use own initiative.
    • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills.
    • Possess excellent analytical skills.
    • Ability to comminate and liaise with external stakeholders/contractors.
    • Passionate about providing customer care.
