    Description

    Role type - contract (outside IR35)

    Day rate - £400

    Location - Hybrid - 1-2 per month

    Role Overview: As a UX Design Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our company by driving user-centric design solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise to define and execute UX strategies that elevate our products and services to new heights.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
    • Conduct comprehensive research to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
    • Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to inform design decisions.
    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user insights into innovative design solutions.
    • Prototype and iterate on design concepts to deliver intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design and technology.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a UX designer, UX strategist, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process.
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
    • Experience with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of accessibility standards and principles is a plus.
    • Located in or willing to relocate to London.
