    Description

    We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to provide exceptional admin support across our Commercial team including; This is a new role for the business and will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the sales process for a tech company.

    The role will involve providing administrative support in all aspects of account management and new business sales for customers in the UK and Internationally.

    We are keen to support the successful candidate as they develop their knowledge and experience and there will be opportunities to progress into areas such as Customer Relationship or New Business Sales Management.

    This role will be office-based - the successful applicant will therefore need to live within reasonable proximity to our office in Cardiff.

    With twenty-five years' industry experience, we are proven allies to some of the most recognised and well-known brands in the global travel sector.

    Ensuring the Commercial team is as efficient as possible, through timely accurate administrative support which enables the team to focus on their core activities of meeting customers or prospects to facilitate growth potential.

    Providing day to day support to the Commercial team helping to move growth opportunities through the sales pipeline.
    Mange a variety of administrative task to help the team grow or nurture customers and prospects;
    Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally ensuring that internal database is updated and accurate.
    Helping to co-ordinate events or hospitality for customers or prospects.

    Assisting with building quality presentations as part of the CX business development or account growth process.
    Experience of working in a sales support/sales administration/account management/sales co-ordinator role for a tech organisation.
    Excellent IT skills with MS Office is essential.
    Experience with CRM/Sales tools is highly desirable.
    A good commercial awareness.
    An understanding of sales and workflow processes.
    A desire to progress into a role with a sales focus.
    Knowledge or experience of working in the Travel industry is beneficial.
    A competitive salary, based on experience.
