    Description

    Job Title: Drinking Water Project Manager

    Location: St Paul, MN

    Company Overview: The company is a leading provider of sustainable water solutions, specializing in drinking water projects globally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead planning, execution, and oversight of drinking water projects from start to finish.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
    • Ensure technical compliance with water treatment processes and distribution systems.
    • Manage project resources effectively within budget and timeline constraints.
    • Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to safety standards.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams for optimal performance.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in project management within the drinking water sector.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in project management software and GIS/CAD tools.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.
