- As a part of the SLT, advise the Headteacher and Governors to achieve educational aims from a business and finance perspective.
- Responsible for the efficient distribution of school resources, ensuring effective use throughout the year to support the school's academic objectives.
- Checking risk assessments are properly carried out and that the site is safe for staff, pupils, and visitors, ensuring all legislation is properly adhered to.
- Plan, develop and put into action financial strategies to help the school achieve financial and educational goals.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in School Business Management.
- Accountancy qualifications: AAT, CIMA, ACCA.
- Experience within school environment.
- Leadership and management experience.
