    Helpdesk Support Technician
    • Mandarin SpeakingAs a skilled Mandarin speaker, this role will allow you to become more technical, helping to solve 1st line helpdesk tickets and having a more technical senior team around you to escalate issues up the chain.
    They are looking to add another Support Engineer to their ranks to help them maintain service level agreements and a five star service for their end clients in is hybrid working full time hours but often flexing between day and evening shifts to cover when the clients in Asia are look forward to a starting salary of £32,000will be working closely with the 2nd line support team and Technical analysts and account managers who are not only highly skilled but also very personable and willing to help train and develop the wider teams.
