    As part of our Finance team you will support all payroll-related activities for EMEA and APAC. Assist team members in day-to-day data collection, preparation, and export of pay data files in accordance with the timelines outlined in the payment schedule
    Administer payroll and payroll records and keep record of all changes for all payrolls within EMEA & APAC (this includes payrolls for UK, Holland, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Singapore)
    End of Year processing and reconciliations including end of year payroll submissions and issue of P60s
    Work closely with local line manager and local payrollers (Briddge, Black Mountain etc) to ensure all payroll data is captured accurately and on time
    Interact with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the completion of monthly payroll
    Act as a key 1 st line of contact for employees with payroll-related queries and requests within EMEA & APAC
    Review, audit, file, and maintain payroll reports and documentation
    Assist with special projects and requests as required
    1+ years of professional work experience; payroll-related or exposure to the payroll process is preferable but not required
    ~ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    ~ Excellent data entry, data cleaning, and math skills
