- Lead, mentor, and motivate a European team of sales leaders and representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Define clear cadences and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to sales team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop a data driven culture across the team from pipeline analysis to campaign performance; constantly analyze sales data, market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present sales weekly forecasts and budget plan, and reports to senior management to track progress. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and customer service, to ensure customer feedback loop, and alignment with our sales initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in sales execution. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of management success in sales leadership roles (managing managers), with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Experience working in Enterprise software and SaaS selling is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools Salesforce and Salesloft preferable.
