- Answer incoming New Homes calls and emails promptly.
- Craft and manage a comprehensive contact database.
- Extract business opportunities from incoming enquiries
- Keep existing clients informed with regular updates.
- Cultivate strong client relationships.
- Demonstrate dedication to client success through project and transactional management.
- Work in a small team with strong organisational, problem-solving, and customer-centric proficiency to manage New Homes operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of administration experience required.
- Experience within a Sales-driven environment is preferred.
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients
- Full clean UK driving license
- Organised and methodical with a keen attention to detail
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong organisational skills to manage own workload
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in IT, especially Microsoft Office applications
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday – Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9am -1pm (Time back in lieu)
