    Travel Claims Handler - Liverpool, United Kingdom - Davies

    Description
    The claims handler will be responsible for managing a caseload of motor claim. The handler will manage the claim from inception to settlement pre litigation.
    To pro-actively manage a caseload of motor claims

    • Maintain accurate data on relevant case management system
    • Ensure quality service standards and productivity levels are maintained to a high standard
    • Allocate new claims and set strategies
    • Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
    • Attend Client review meetings and assist with client project work where applicable
    • 5 hours per week Monday – Friday
    Minimum 5 years claims handling experience
