    Business Development Executive

    Swindon and Surrounding areas

    • Salary of £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Uncapped Monthly paid Bonus Structure
    • Car Allowance - £5000
    • Mobile Phone Allowance + Company Tablet and Equipment
    • Field Based with No Weekend Work

    What You Will Be Doing?

    • Selling own line & 3rd party brands into retailers across your assigned territory via the company Trade App system - No deliveries/stock handling involved
    • Building commercial relationships with retailers to drive ongoing purchase and space for our brand partners
    • Educating retailers on how to increase their category sales and providing informed recommendations
    • Using your people skills to build strong business relationships
    • Improving and placing additional POS in store to improve sell-out
