About the role

We are seeking a motivated person to join our team as a Senior Product Strategist. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product strategy within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As a Senior Product Strategist, you will work closely with our Senior Product Strategy Manager to assist in developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Lead the development and refinement of the company's product strategy, aligning it with overall business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and customer insights.
Product Roadmap: Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on strategic objectives, market dynamics, and customer feedback, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource constraints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive consensus and alignment on product strategy and execution.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product definition, feature prioritisation, and go-to-market strategy.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may impact the successful execution of the product strategy, proposing creative solutions and contingency plans as needed.
Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, tracking and analysing performance to drive continuous improvement and optimisation.
Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on product strategy and innovation, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive thought leadership and innovation within the organisation.
