    Reporting to the Head of Legal, this role involves providing legal advice and support to all areas of the business (with particular focus on commercial contracts, including construction contracts and operation and maintenance contracts), and undertaking other legal tasks as directed by the Head of Legal.

    Construction
    Appointments of Employer and Contractor appointed Consultants together with Collateral Warranties.
    Dealing with supplier issues, including variations to contracts, quality issues etc.
    Assisting with the delivery of legal/commercial projects within the group, including M&A, sales, and funding.
    Ad hoc Agreements and Miscellaneous Contracts.
    Provide ad hoc support on the interpretation and practical implementation of EPC and O&M Contracts.
    Assisting and supporting the Head of Legal with legal compliance and risk management.
    Experience managing an ever-changing workload in an exciting, agile, fast-paced environment.
    In-house legal team experience is desirable.
