- A minimum of 5 years experience in a leading management consultancy or in-house strategy or consultancy-style team
- Core consulting skill set – problem solving, analytical, storytelling, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Good health and social care industry knowledge and an understanding of how it applies to the Tendable customer journey
- Ability to identify new product and service opportunities with our customers that create value for them
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills as evidenced by delivering through cross-functional teams
- Able to work under pressures, commit to tight deadlines and thrive in a high growth environment
- People leadership experience, including development and training of junior staff

We are looking for a Commercial Strategy & Delivery Manager with over 5+ years' of experience delivering strategic and operational projects to support our ambitious growth plans in the UK and internationally.
The Commercial Strategy & Delivery Manager will work closely with the Head of Commercial to create and implement a pipeline of commercial opportunities that delight our customers, grow our market share and please our investors.
