    Commercial Strategy & Delivery Manager

    Hybrid working - based in the office or at clients at least 3 days a week (HQ in Aldgate, London)

    What we are looking for:

    We are looking for a Commercial Strategy & Delivery Manager with over 5+ years' of experience delivering strategic and operational projects to support our ambitious growth plans in the UK and internationally.

    The Commercial Strategy & Delivery Manager will work closely with the Head of Commercial to create and implement a pipeline of commercial opportunities that delight our customers, grow our market share and please our investors.

    • You're good at training, developing and motivating those around you.
    • You're not afraid to get your hands dirty and muck in to support the team and company in achieving its goals.
    • You actively seek out feedback and continuous improvement - you want to learn, grow, and develop.

    Objectives:

    You will support the Head of Commercial to:

    • Identify and prioritise new commercial opportunities to grow UK and international revenues
    • Work cross-functionality to develop and launch highly competitive and attractive commercial propositions/offerings
    • Establish scalable ways of working across go-to-market teams to ensure effective delivery of growth plans

    Responsibilities:

    • Horizon scan using research, analysis and market insights to define unmet customer needs and white space opportunities
    • Build and continually add to a pipeline of commercial opportunities and support the business to prioritize these
    • Work cross-functionally to develop the commercial offering/proposition to take to market and execute their delivery
    • Ensure the necessary systems, processes and ways of working are in place across relevant teams to effectively scale commercial proof of concepts
    • Work with Commercial Ops to assess and track the return on investment of propositions

    One of the great things about a scale-up is there are opportunities to get involved in all sorts of things outside of your normal remit. The list above represents your core role and responsibilities but isn't exhaustive and you may be asked to take on new responsibilities as necessitated by the business as your role and the company evolves.

    Essential skills and experience:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience in a leading management consultancy or in-house strategy or consultancy-style team
    • Core consulting skill set – problem solving, analytical, storytelling, verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Good health and social care industry knowledge and an understanding of how it applies to the Tendable customer journey
    • Ability to identify new product and service opportunities with our customers that create value for them
    • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills as evidenced by delivering through cross-functional teams
    • Able to work under pressures, commit to tight deadlines and thrive in a high growth environment
    • People leadership experience, including development and training of junior staff
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate and oversee staff
    • Evidence of continuous personal and professional development

    Desirable skills and experience:

    • Experience working on commercial growth projects or proposition development
    • Interest and knowledge of the health technology sector
    • Understanding of key success factors on the customer-facing journey
