    Description

    Job description Als Key Account Manager ben jij dé brug tussen onze opdrachtgever en de belangrijkste klanten in de voedingsindustrie. Je krijgt de kans om strategische relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden met toonaangevende spelers in de sector. Je zult werken met een portfolio van smaakvolle producten

    Jouw key taken zijn:
    • Identificeren en aantrekken van nieuwe key accounts binnen de voedingsindustrie in binnen en buitenland.
    • Onderhouden en versterken van bestaande relaties met klanten zijnde retailers, distributeurs, invoerders en foodservice klanten.
    • Ontwikkelen van op maat gemaakte oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant en de markttrends.
    • Samenwerken met interne teams (logistiek, customer service en verpakking) om de beste service en producten te leveren.
    • Monitoren van markttrends en concurrentie om strategische aanbevelingen te doen.
    • Bezoeken van prospecten en klanten om te luisteren naar klantvragen en klantnoden. (20% tot 40% buitenlandse reizen)
    • Je bent in staat om opportuniteiten in de markt om te zetten in concrete actieplannen om de verkoop te stimuleren en de omzet te verhogen.
    Profile Wie is de ideale kandidaat?
    • Je hebt minimum een Bachelor diploma op zak, dit is een harde vereiste
    • Je bent bereid om regelmatig vanuit HQ in Olen te werken.
    • Je hebt minstens 5 jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de voedingsindustrie (eindproduct) alsook heb je ervaring in de retail .
    • Je hebt sterke communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
    • Tevens ben je een rasechte teamspeler met het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken.
    • Je bent vlot drietalig: Nederlands, Frans, Engels (of Duits).

Het is een internationale functie maar als je niet in het buitenland zit dan werk je vanuit het HQ in Olen (Herentals). Offer
