- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase the company's market share and revenue.
- Lead and motivate the business development team to achieve targets through high-volume calls and effective customer engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive performance.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within real estate business development.
- Strong track record of driving sales and productivity, particularly through outbound calls and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals in a competitive environment
- Holiday Allowance - 25 Days + All UK Bank Holidays. Upon completion of two years service, you will receive one extra day of holiday per calendar year worked, up to a maximum of 28 Days.
