    The Head of Business Development will be responsible for leading our business development efforts across our 10 London office, focusing on driving growth and enhancing overall productivity. This strategic role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining key relationships, and implementing initiatives that increase our market presence and revenue.

    JOHNS&CO was founded in 2013, and we have been exceptional at selling and letting new homes. As a specialist agent for the premium New Homes and Luxury Real Estate markets, we service Investors, Tenants, Vendors, and Buyers in the UK and overseas. We have 8 offices in the UK and 4 overseas.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase the company's market share and revenue.
    • Lead and motivate the business development team to achieve targets through high-volume calls and effective customer engagement strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy targeted campaigns that generate leads and drive performance.

    Personal Attributes and Requirements

    • Proven experience in a leadership role within real estate business development.
    • Strong track record of driving sales and productivity, particularly through outbound calls and client engagement.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals in a competitive environment
