    Experienced Private Equity Finance Recruiter
    Our client is a growing venture capital firm based in London.

    We are recruiting a Finance Director who will oversee all aspects of finance for the management company, funds and investments.

    Moreover, the appointee will oversee the wider operations of the firm and provide commercial support around transactions and fundraising.

    This is a stand-alone role, with significant potential for growth as you become ingrained in the business and as the firm continues to deploy capital raise new funds.

    Preparing the statutory accounts for the LLP
    Supporting the business with the annual budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
    Preparing the valuations for the funds and investments
    Managing day-to-day and ad-hoc investor queries
    Supporting the investment team in executing transactions
    Acting as lead point of contact for the firm's external advisors (fund administrators, lawyers, auditors and tax advisors)

    The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant working as a Financial or Fund Controller for a venture capital or private equity or firm in London.
