    Job Description Freelance Content Manager

    THIS IS NOT A CREATIVE ROLE – WOULD SUIT A (CONTENT) CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER WANTING TO GAIN IN-HOUSE EXPERIENCE

    The Content Manager plays a vital role in the Content Strategy and Planning team organising together the workflow of the projects handled by the team

    You are responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing content delivery, managing the smooth, effective and efficient execution of the Content Strategy, upholding all produced content to its purpose, brand voice, ensuring that audience and channels have been considered, resulting in consistent and relevant storytelling across all touchpoints.

    Content Management & Planning

    Managing the content process from briefing to delivery: translate marketing briefs to creative briefs, create and ensure effective planning & follow-up of production timelines and budgets, and evaluate creative and production output answers the brief of your stakeholder, being aligned with brand objectives.

    Managing the process of creative guidelines, making sure the Creative Team has all necessary content input to create the creative guidelines for any given project.

    Work closely with the wider marketing teams including, to capture and implement the content requirements for each department and relevant channels maximising content impact & performance for each target audience and amplifying our brand & product storytelling.

    Managing Centrally funded print projects, in collaboration with the Deputy Director, Content Strategy and Planning, and ensure the final product fulfils the Business needs.

    To work with International Markets to fulfil their print requirements, inputting into their brief to ensure consistency of Brand and quality and resulting in the delivery luxury products worldwide as required.

    Experience in client service / stakeholder management
    Strategic mindset for planning of content and brand positioning
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analysing and creating data focused content
    A keen eye for creative content
    Comfortable using a suite of reporting tools to measure and optimise content and use data to continually improve content
