    The Role: Relationship Support Manager

    We are hiring Relationship Support Managers for a FinTech start-up creating a unique payment system for the yachting industry.

    The company, in operation for over two years, has developed this system based on feedback from industry clients, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

    The company values its staff and approach to business. As they prepare for launch, they seek Relationship Support Managers to provide top-tier service during night shifts and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

    As a Relationship Support Manager, you'll work independently, needing initiative and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include financial advice, issue resolution, and ensuring premium service to clients.

    To Be Successful:

    • Experience in customer success or client relationship management
    • Professional communication skills
    • Understanding of financial services and banking
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills
    • Interest in the superyacht industry

    Location: Remote from anywhere in the UK

    Working Hours / Night Shift Pattern Available:

    Mon 12:00 - 00:00 (12 hrs) ; Wed & Thu 00:00 - 08:00 (8 hrs) ; Fri 00:00 - 12:00 (12 hrs)

    Flexibility required to cover team member absences.

    This Role Would Be Suitable For: A Client Success Manager, Customer Support Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar, passionate about client relationships and thriving in a start-up setting.
