- Managing the calendars for two Associate Deans.
- Supporting meetings and committees, which includes arranging meetings, preparing and distributing paperwork, and taking minutes as needed.
- Processing of external examiner nominations for approval, filing documents appropriately, and maintaining records on spreadsheets.
- Processing student ambassador timesheets.

Description
The faculty teaching, learning, and student experience department is looking to appoint a full-time Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Assistant on a fixed term basis until July 2025. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
The successful candidate should have relevant knowledge and experience as set out in the job description. Including administrative processes; experience of working in a team environment with the ability to be flexible and provide support for colleagues; to identify and resolve issues effectively and to deal with a wide range of people, knowing when to escalate to others as appropriate.
Please note, under the new immigration rules this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route of the Points Based System. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK in order to be eligible to take up the post.
