    Description

    We are working with a leading provider of logistics solutions, specializing in freight and logistics with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they strive to streamline supply chains and optimize freight management for our clients across various industries.

    Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Commercial Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team.

    The Commercial Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by assisting with administrative tasks, managing client accounts, and ensuring efficient communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.


    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations and presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
    • Process sales orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
    • Liaise with logistics partners and carriers to arrange transportation and shipping for client orders.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
    • Maintain inventory of sales materials and office supplies.
    Able to communicate over the phone and in meetings with clients and stakeholders


    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
